Transcendental Meditation is imparted through dedicated non-profit organizations globally, ensuring consistent and systematic instruction.

In Denmark, this traditional teaching is offered under the auspices of the Foreningen for Transcendental Meditation, a non-profit entity without owners or shareholders. Your course fee directly fuels our educational and charitable community service endeavors.

Our mission is to make this transformative meditation practice accessible to everyone. Therefore, we provide various payment plans and financial aid to ensure that anyone who desires to learn TM can do so.

TM course fee includes:

- Personalized one-to-one instruction - 3 group sessions with Akos, your certified TM teacher and other course participants - Continued support from certified TM teachers, including personal checkings - The TM app (including a custom timer, access to daily group meditations and other TM events, a library of videos and knowledge, and much more) - Access to TM centers around the world

TM course Fee - one time investment for lifelong benefits

Standard:
A. Flexible option: 3840kr. initial payment + 960kr. x 6 monthly installments (9600kr in total)
or
B. Upfront Savings: 8640kr. (10% discount for payment in full)

Children (<10): 1750 kr. (when at least one parent practices TM)

Family Package: (for 2 parents and children <18)
A. Flexible option: 5760kr. initial payment + 1440kr. x 6 monthly installments (14400kr in total)
or
B. Upfront Savings: 12960kr. (10% discount for payment in full)

To honor our mission to making TM’s benefits available to as many people as possible, with generous donations, partial scholarships (up to 50%) may be available to those in particularly challenging circumstances.

Students and individuals with limited income may qualify for a 25% or 50% scholarship. Please apply here. The form is in Danish, however you may fill it out in English, Danish or Hungarian.

TM Center

Our TM center is located some 150 meters from the Øresund metro station, about 300 meters from the beach, so you may enjoy a tranquil escape from your busy city life, just 9 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen. Find peace by the sea and deepen your meditation practice with us.
